The training took place in the premises of the Albanian Institute of Media. Well-known experts in anti-corruption and media issues in Tirana shared their experience and expertise with journalists. Gent Ibrahimi, Sami Neza, Ilir Aliaj and Gert Shella addressed topics such as the government's anti-corruption strategy - the media's point of view; The government's anti-corruption strategy-where is the news; Transparency of the decisions of the government and public institutions - why do they need the media; Law on the right to information - how to get the news from the public administration, etc.
Director Bobrati, while handing over the testimonies to some of the journalists during the ceremony, said that this is one of the contributions of AMSHC in the field of the anti-corruption fight. He appreciated the training and the issues that were addressed during the two days. "I am excited today, that I am among journalists, also due to the fact that until a few years ago I was like you, a reporter at the BBC in London. I feel satisfied and I am convinced that we have given help to you journalists to serve the public interest even better, to fight corruption and increase the transparency of public institutions", said Bobrati.
